Refund Policy
ZYNUK LIMITED understands that sometimes upon accidentally receiving the wrong product that does not fit your interior customer might ask for a return. Therefore, we willingly offer you a return or refund of the bought products in such scenarios. All the gifts, along with the products you claim to return, must be returned as well. Also, note that the charges and risks associated with the product returning are up to you, and the ZYNUK LIMITED would not be responsible for them. You can return the items in new and unused conditions within 30 days of the purchase date. If you want to cancel or return the order, you need to tell us within 7 days, beginning from the day you receive the goods. The products are passed from an authorization process as soon as we have received them to ensure that they meet our terms and conditions of the refund policies to initiate the next process.
To claim the refund or return, the product must be “like new” as it was purchased; if you receive the product that is in the original packaging or is still sealed, you will be refunded the full invoice amount less than the postage cost. But in case we find the products that are not in resalable condition or violates terms and conditions of our refund policy, you cannot claim the money back or exchange of the goods. Moreover, these products will be returned to you, and you will be responsible to pay the cost of delivery.
