Returns Policy
We at, ZYNUK LIMITED, deliver high-quality products. We also understand that sometimes customers need to exchange or return the purchased product in case of ill-fitting or accidentally delivered the wrong product. We will willingly accept returned products, refund & offer exchange within 30 days from the date of the purchase. However in the case of product “no longer wanted” we accept returns but buyer will have to pay postage.
Note that the products that are to be refunded or exchanged must be sealed, unused, & in their original packing.
In case of customer receives any damaged, wrong, or faulty product then they can contact our Customer Services team on +44 7876 753761 or email us on sales@renoazul.com so the return process can be started. You can report the faulty or damaged products within 30days of the delivery; any claim after that will not be accepted.
The claimed products must be returned in their original packing & in “AS NEW” condition. If you have unsealed the delivery box to view the products, it must in a way that the original packing stays in shape. Neither the packing nor the product should be damaged in order to claim the product refund/return successfully.
The “FREE GIFTS” must be returned with the products as well.
The expense of the returned or unwanted goods will be on customer’s behalf & ZYNUK will not be responsible for the expense or risks associated. The return authorization takes up to 14 days from the date we receive returned products. The goods returned before the authorization will be returned back at the customer’s expense.
The products that meet our terms & conditions while being inspected by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return will be fully refunded.
Products received in the original packing box & are unused with all the accessories & elements included and in the re-sellable condition. the buyer will be refunded the full invoice amount less than the cost of delivery.
If we receive the products that are not in the condition to be sold again or they violate the above terms then goods will be returned to you, and the cost of postage will be charged to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, then the ordered item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
